THIS LICENSE GIVES YOU CERTAIN LIMITED RIGHTS TO ACCESS THE Factbook ON LINE. YOU DO NOT BECOME THE OWNER OF, AND THE INSTITUTE FOR FINANCIAL MARKETS RETAINS TITLE TO, THE PROGRAM AND DATA AND RELATED MATERIALS. ALL RIGHTS NOT SPECIFICALLY GRANTED IN THIS LICENSE ARE EXPRESSLY RESERVED BY THE INSTITUTE FOR FINANCIAL MARKETS.

Definitions
In this License, the following terms have the following meaning:

"Program and Data" mean the information contained in the on-line version of the Factbook, together with any updates subsequently supplied by the IFM. This includes any processed or altered form of the Program and Data such as samples or other formats.

"Copies" means the actual copies of all or any portion of the Program and Data including back-ups, updates, and merged or partial copies permitted hereunder or subsequently supplied by the IFM.

"Subscriber" means the user designated to access the online Factbook per the IFM or, in the case of a multi-user license, the group(s) of individuals so authorized.

Permitted Uses
Make printed copies of limited portions of the on-line Factbook, as possible, for general business purposes while not infringing on the IFM's copyright interests.

Uses Not Permitted
Making copies of the on-line Factbook (other than temporary copies made during the normal use of Factbook on the web).

Renting, leasing, sublicensing, or time-sharing the on-line Factbook, copies of it, or your rights under this license; reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling of the software or making the information available in a processed or altered form.

Removing or obscuring any copyright notices.

Duration
This agreement is effective from the first day you access the on-line Factbook. If you breach this agreement, the IFM may terminate this license upon notifying you in writing. The IFM also may enforce all other rights at law or in equity and will have the right to take actions necessary to verify that use of the on-line Factbook is in accordance with this agreement.

General
This agreement represents the entire understanding and agreement of the Institute for Financial Markets regarding the on-line Factbook and copies thereof.

The Subscriber shall take all actions necessary to protect the IFM's rights in the on-line Factbook and shall inform all its potential users authorized to access the on-line Factbook of the IFM's rights and the obligations of users described in this agreement.

The IFM endeavors to produce the on-line Factbook from sources it deems reliable but disclaims any and all liability for the completeness or accuracy of the on-line Factbook, and makes no express or implied warranty regarding such accuracy or completeness.
