Professional Conduct and Responsibility Programs


The Institute for Financial Markets is an industry-sponsored, nonprofit education foundation and a recognized leader in professional conduct and ethics training. More than 900,000 futures and security industry professionals as well as international regulators have completed IFM-authored professional conduct and ethics training programs.

The IFM provides both new industry registrant and periodic professional conduct training programs. Our cost-effective, PC-based ethics training programs are available 24 hours day and 365 days a year and are conveniently delivered on the Web. The focus of the training will be to sharpen the participant’s professional judgment through analysis of practical, industry-based case studies. A certificate may be printed upon completion of the training program.
