This industry utility makes it easier for compliance and operation staffs to keep abreast of critical limit changes on a daily basis while significantly reducing a firm's staff hours spent in sourcing and compiling data on their own.
The Position Limits Databank (“PLD”) is organized for ease of access into sections;
• Exchange
• Product
• Position Limits, Accountability Limits, Capital-Based Limits, Reportable Levels, and Aggregation
Links to exchange and platforms in the PLD also can be used to access the required documents and information necessary for interpreting position limit definitions on that exchange.
The PLD is updated continuously to help mitigate risk caused by data inaccuracy or latency. Data is provided in HTML, Excel, ASCII and XML formats, and downloadable via Web and FTP facilities. The data service also issues critical alert Emails to subscribers.
