REGISTRATION: IFM courses, excluding special events, are limited to approximately 15 persons and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment (or invoicing for approved firms) is required at the time of booking.

TRAVEL: IFM suggests that you do not purchase nonrefundable tickets or restricted tickets for travel to attend a course more than two weeks prior to the scheduled course date in the event that changes to the date and/or location become necessary.

IFM assumes no liability for penalties or fare increases should the course or event sell out, or in the unlikely event that changes to the program date and/or location become necessary.

SUBSTITUTIONS, RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION:
- Course substitutions may be made free of charge with 24 hours notice to the IFM. You may reschedule to a future session by contacting the IFM 10 or more business days before the program date. Please be aware that you may only reschedule TWO times, and rescheduling fewer than 10 business days prior to the seminar will be subject to a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations made 10 or more days prior to the program receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee; cancellations made within 10 business days of the program date will be refunded 50%.

- Special Event substitutions may be made free of charge with 48 hours notice to the IFM. Delegate registration includes all conference sessions and materials, social events and meal functions. Any promotional gifts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Notice of cancellation for a refund must be received in writing (info@theIFM.org or fax:202.296.3184) 21 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF EVENT DATE and will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be made LESS THAN 21 DAYS PRIOR.
